These proportional valves work as a Limiter / Splitter that allows the system to limit or distribute the caliper braking power. It may have a function of increasing curve, flat curve or decreasing curve , depending on the application required and the type of vehicle.

- Single circuit, proportional increasing curve: recommended for cars with little weight transfer on the front (with a low centre of gravity) as with single-seaters.
- Single circuit & Double circuit, flat curve: for cars with a medium center of gravity like Rally cars
- Single circuit, decreasing proportional curve: for cars with a front engine or a high center of gravity with a large weight transfer on the front (Until the rear wheels off): Passenger cars, 4x4s and quads.
